Agreement
These terms govern use of Fanfare, a product of Sonate Communications LLC. Institutional use is also governed by the signed order or services agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
The service
Fanfare provides software to manage event inquiries, proposals, bookings, pricing, and billing for conference and event services. We may update features over time and will not materially reduce a paid customer's core functionality during a term without notice.
Ownership
Sonate Communications LLC owns the Fanfare software and brand. Each institution owns its own data and content. Each institution's imported brand assets remain that institution's property and are used only to operate its instance.
Continuity
For paid institutions, the service agreement defines hosting, support, service levels, source-code escrow, and exit terms, so the system and the data within it remain available to the institution.
