Fanfare is a product of Sonate Communications LLC. This policy covers the Fanfare marketing site and product. Contact hello@sonate.io with any question about your data.
What we collect
When you request access we collect the name, work email, institution, and any message you provide, so we can respond and schedule a walkthrough. In the product, each institution's event and booking data is held for that institution alone.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to reply, to operate the product for your institution, and to support and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.
Tenant data isolation
Each institution is a separate tenant. One institution's data is not accessible to another. Data is hosted on Sonate infrastructure with access controls and documented operating procedures.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@sonate.io. Institutional customers may export or remove their data per their agreement.
